COMSATS facilitates and mobilizes exchange of experts among member states to promote knowledge-sharing and regional networking. Scientists of the developing world are offered fellowships to work at Centres of Excellence or other institutions linked with COMSATS for short-term academic/ research activity in various fields of science and technology.
