FUNCTIONS OF THE CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE
Functions of the Consultative Committee
 
The functions of the Consultative Committee as defined in the Charter of the Network are as follows:
  1. To formulate the general policy of the Network;
  2. To promote the upgrading of Member countries' institutions in order to ultimately achieve full Member status of the Network;
  3. To sensitize the Network towards specific requirements of the Member countries;
  4. To facilitate the provision of services of the Network Centres in order to meet the requirements of the Member countries; and
  5. To promote fund-raising for the Centres at national, regional and international levels.
