One of the major components of the 15th Coordinating Council Meeting of COMSATS was the presentation of reports of Centres of Excellence, which is a regular feature of the Council meetings. The participating Network-members presented salient developments that have taken place during the period of last 12 months, within the context of the overall potential and scientific capacity of their organizations.
